Assess
We start with a full picture: a movement screen, strength baselines, and a body-composition scan. Nothing is a guess — we measure where you actually are.
The Climb isn't a workout plan you download and forget. We assess where you are, prescribe a 6-week program, track exactly what happens, then reassess and adjust — again and again, until you reach the top. Then we find a higher one.
“You're not buying sessions. You're buying a system that compounds — every six weeks we know more about your body, and program smarter for it.”
Progress isn't a straight line — it's a switchback. Here's the route we run, and re-run, every six weeks.
We start with a full picture: a movement screen, strength baselines, and a body-composition scan. Nothing is a guess — we measure where you actually are.
You get a 6-week program built for your body and your goal — training, nutrition with real macros, and the details that actually move the needle.
Every session is logged in your client portal. Progress is tracked, not remembered — so you always know whether it's working, and by how much.
At week six we re-test everything. What worked, we keep. What didn't, we change. Then we set the next target — a little higher than the last.
For people who want to move freely and stay strong for decades — knees, hips, shoulders, spine. We get ahead of the decline instead of managing it later.
Lean out, build muscle, change your composition — with a plan built on your actual numbers, not a template someone sold to a thousand other people.
For people who want to know why. You'll learn how your body works, so the choices you make outside the gym are good ones too.
I train out of downtown Toronto, and I've spent years obsessed with one question: why does a body move the way it does, and how do we make it move better?
My work sits where strength coaching meets biomechanics. I dig into how you're actually loading your joints, where you're compensating, and what's really driving your pain or your plateau — then I build training around what I find. I lean on real data too: body-composition scans, movement screens, session logs. I don't guess, and I won't hand you a plan off the shelf.
Whether you're 25 and chasing a physique or 55 and protecting your independence, the goal is the same — a body that's strong, mobile, and built to last. That's the climb, and I'll be roped in with you the whole way up.

Every climb starts with an assessment, then runs in 6-week blocks — assess, prescribe, monitor, reassess. Six weeks is how long real change takes to show up in the data. What changes between tiers is how much of it we do side by side.
A full EVOLT body-composition scan, a hands-on movement screen, and your written six-week plan. You keep the plan whether or not you train with me.
Blocks renew automatically every six weeks so your programming never stops. Cancel before week five and you won't be charged again. Not sure which fits? Book a free consult and we'll map your first climb together.
In-person coaching runs out of the heart of downtown — roughly Bathurst to Yonge, King to Queen. If you live or work in the core, we're a short walk away.
Online coaching runs the exact same system, anywhere you are — same assessment, same program, same reassessment loop.
Book a free consult. We'll assess where you're starting, and map the first six weeks together.
